Email support@rumpelstiltskin-ai.com for anything: help with a video, billing, refunds, cancelling Pro, privacy requests, reports of misuse, takedown requests and other legal notices. A person reads every email, and we reply as soon as we can.

Please put the topic in the subject line:

• “Help”: a video that didn't work. Include its link if you have it.
• “Refund” or “Cancel”: include the email address you paid with.
• “Privacy”: a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account. Write from the address on your account.
• “Report content”: something you believe breaks our rules. Include the link, where you saw it and the date.
• “Takedown”: for rights holders; see section 10 of the Terms.

Do it yourself

• Cancel Pro at any time on your account page.
• Receipts, invoices and refund requests are also in Waffo's customer portal; sign in there with the email address you paid with.
